Question PC Shuts down unexpectedly

Hey again guys!
So basically as the title says, sometimes I face that bug where my pc just shuts off unexpectedly.
Sometimes, the whole monitor goes off and I simply can still hear the voices in voice communication programs, sounds from games etc but the screen is dimmed.
Restarting my monitor never helped as I strongly doubt it should be the case, though I've tried it.
I've also tried monitoring my PC a lot during playing, etc.
GPU never goes over 70 at most and CPU never goes higher than 62/63, also the fans keep working perfectly.
I can't really know if this is a power supply issue or motherboard, but I don't know what's the issue with them as I simply just can't understand.

My build is:
Ram: 4 x 2 2400 MhZ dual channeled Ballistix Sport
GPU:GTX 1060 Zotac amp! edition 3gb
PSU:Ryzen 3 1200
PSU:Seasonic s12 520W 80+ Bronze certified
Mobo: b350 Mortar

Additional info:I've only bought this power supply around 2 months ago and it was also new & sealed when I got it, so idk.
The mother board was also around 6-7 months ago.

Most of the time unexpected shutdowns are a failing PSU. Since your temps are good , probably a power issue.

How exactly do I make myself 100% sure its the psu, just in case when am reporting to the vendor?

Usually if it's not temps , it's power , that's all I can state in terms of trouble shooting.

use occt on stress test for about 10 minutes and check voltages of the psu at start up and during the test if psu cut or fail test system with another psu .

Could you explain in depth, never heard of OCCT and google actually says its a software lol

occt is use to test psu and if google says it is a software issue could be a driver use whocrashed to find any dump files also do you have any bsod error code .
