[SOLVED] PC Shuts off randomly and then restarts

Hi there! I've exhausted all options of professional help in my city, so I'm hoping I might find some help here. So as the title says I am having issues with my desktop PC randomly shutting off during a wide range of activities. It can be something as simple as listening to music, watching a video on youtube or playing games. I don't know if it matters but I originally started on the same PC but with Windows 10 installed [I now have 11 installed.] Most of the places I brought it to try and fix the issue were not helpful but the one that was did say it was probably software that was causing the issue. I don't know if that's true or not, I don't have a lot of software stuff installed on my pc to begin with. What I ended up doing was starting fresh and re-installed windows on m2 drive and at the time I also upgraded my RAM. I asked if it could be something with the PSU, but he said it was fine. I'll start with my parts of my build and go from there if anyone is able to help me,

System specs:
CPU: I7-9700k
GPU: Nvidia Geforce rtx 2080
Mainboard: MSI Z370-A PRO
Ram: 2 8GB CORSAIR - Vengeance RGB PRO 3.2GHz PC4-25600 DDR4
Power Supply: This was an iBUYPOWER prebuild and specs listed as 650W. I'm not too sure on the brand.
Cooling: Corsair 550 Liquid Cooling

Could be a bunch of stuff.
Just to make the pot smaller.
No overclocking.....test.
If no help remove the gpu and connect to the mobo....test.
If no help use just one stick of ram in the proper slot.....test.

Is the only way for those tests to be done just long term? Like I said this is random and I don't really have a way to recreate it. I can go days/weeks without the issue happening.

With a new OS like Windows 11, you want to wait a couple of years for Microsoft to issue patches because of various bugs. Even windows 10 had issues. Regarding your computer restarting when multiple applications are running. I am assuming that all your equipment has been tested and passed? Also, how are your drivers? are they all up to date? Have you attempted running Malware and Virus scans to ensure that your computer is not infected?

Equipment wise if I am to trust the business I went to, yes all the hardware has passed. I just use built in antivirus that Windows has and nothing has come up on scans. I do try to make sure all drivers are updated, but is there a better way to check to see?

If that is the case then we'll assume that all your equipment is fine.

Updating the drivers and such from management and checking driver updates or through the MS driver updater is your best option aside from the Nvidia and motherboard. You want to check their webpage for BIOS updates or use their software.

As for scanning for viruses and malware, you will want to do this. Even with a top-notch AV, you can still get infected just by downloading something. Windows defender is good if you don't do any downloading or visit sites that aren't suspicious. Else I would recommend an AV. As for removing and malicious files I recommend Ninite - Install or Update Multiple Apps at Once and downloading the SUPER Antispyware application as well as Malwarebytes. Then you want to go here and download the SOPHOS virus removal tool Free Virus Removal | Sophos Scan & Clean Free Tool Ensure that you reboot your system when prompted to do so and only run one malware and virus removal tool at a time. It will run quicker opposed to all at once.

Unless you can make the problem happen your into try this/try that.
