PC slow at startup

Hey!i got a pretty decent pc, i5 4460, hd7750 and 4 gb of ram(thinking of changing them this month).So, i am experiencing low performance after i login.I disabled every program at startup, but it's still running slow.It runs normally only after one minute.The point is, i got a friend of mine who has an amd x2 240 and 2 gbs of ram, and it runs very smooth at startup.I am asking you how to make my pc faster at startup.Please help...!

Disable unneeded start up programs and please download DEfraggler and run a disk defragment on your drive.
