[SOLVED] PC slow when downloading

My PC has recently become very slow on startup and when downloading to the point where it can be unusable at times and I'll just have to wait it out. My hard drive and my ssd both have about 100gb left on them so I didn't know if that could be the case, but I'd like to know for sure what could be causing it and if it's a major problem.

PC Specs:
-Ryzen 7 3700X
-RTX 3070 8gb founders
-16gb Corsair vengence ram
-Unkown 7200rpm 1tb hdd
-Seagte BarraCuda 7200rpm 2b hdd
-Team MS30 512gb m.2 ssd (boot drive)

Try cleaning up the SSD a bit and let me know if it returns to normal.
