Question PC sometimes won't turn on?

Hello. my PC build is

-Ryzen 7 2700
-Gigabyte AB350M DS3-H.

• 2x8GB DDR4 3000mhz Ballistix Sport LT. (in 2666mhz for stability)
• MSI Gaming X RX 470 4gb.
• PSU EVGA 600W BR 80plus.
• Case Corsair 400c.

The thing is a week ago, I woke up and tried to turn on my PC but it doesn't have any sign of life. Nothing of the PC turned on except the LED of my headset. I tested PSU with another PC and it's okay so I thought maybe it was the motherboard but then, I tried to re-build the PC and poof, it magically turn on again without any problem.

Today it was the same, the PC was not booting, no lights, no beeps, so I disarmed again and magically again the motherboard turn on with no problems so I rebuild it.

My non-conclusions are:

- Motherboard: it is showing signs of possible future death?

- Short-circuit: The case of any cable is doing it sometimes, that's why sometimes turn on and sometimes it doesn't.

- Humidity? My house is very damp so the PC fails but after a mini cleaning it fix itself.
