I've just gotten through replacing all the old parts of my computer finally after spilling a drink into the case while it was on :( and now I'm having trouble with starting it. fairly noob about all the particular terms here but basically i get no signal on my monitor.
I've checker everything was compatible as well and I really don't know what step to take next.

my parts are as follows

asrock Z170M-ITX/ac motherboard
HD radeon 7750 graphics card
enermax naxn ENB500AWT 500watt PSU 88 efficiency
Intel core i3 7100 dual core LGA 1151 3.9ghz CPU
2x crucial 4gb DDR4 2133mhz 512x8 CL15 dual ranked RAM

I've tried using the display from both graphics card, and onboard. neither works. it also restarts itself after about 5 seconds after turning on for the first time and stays on after that. is that something to do with the PSU? I really can't think why ,all my parts are brand new.
I've read through the sticky on posting problems and gone through each step that's applicable and nothing helped. I also don't have a mobo speaker so no way to tell if anything beeping
