I bought a new notebook and it shutdown in the middle of windows installation because my battery was low. Now it wouldn't install windows and it say that I must retry the installing. How I do that ?!

You just repeat what you did before. Make sure the optical drive is the first boot device in the BIOS. Insert the OS disc. Restart and press any key when prompted. Delete any partition that was created on the first install try. Then start the format/install process.

I don't have the windows CD, i just bought the pc, opened it and it automaticly starts to install all, no CD in the box. Can I just reinstall it from BIOS or I abselutely need the CD ?

The recovery partition is usually D, and you need to install windows on your C drive. So if you execute your recovery files on the D (or whichever it's defaulted to), it will start reinstalling your C drive.

I hate to say 100% sure, since it's not in front of me. But I would say 98% sure.
