Question PC stopped working after bumped

A few months ago I was using my computer and I had my speaker on top of the tower charging in an outlet inside of my desk. I went to pull the speaker off forgetting it was plugged in and it bumped my PC. My PC froze so I powered it off and back on and it started boot looping, and now when I turn it on my keyboard doesn't light up, and my monitor doesn't detect my computer. Everything inside lights up and works fine (fans, rgb, etc.)

I've tried reinstalling the cpu, making sure all wires are secure to the best of my ability and plugging my GPU back in, but nothing has worked. Maybe I'm not checking something in specific, this is my first build and I'm new to understanding computers.

For reference my computer has:
- AMD RYZEN 5 5500 CPU
- MSI TOMAHAWK MAX II motherboard
- MSI GAMING GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER

Id like to hear from people that know what they're doing with computers before I give up and buy a new part if I could save the computer, and the money.

Easiest would be hauling your PC to PC repair shop and pay them to diagnose and fix the issue.

Otherwise, based on symptoms, do check every cable connection 2nd time, since something may still be loose.
If all cables are seated fully, then something died within your PC. One of them, or all of them, are dead: CPU, MoBo, RAM, GPU.

Btw, what is your PSU make and model (or part number)?
