PC Struggling in 1080p Video editing!

Hello my pc is giving up on video editing and i am having a hard time editing on it.

Here are my pc specs.

CPU i7 4770k
GPU MSI GTX760 2gb
Ram Gskill ripjaws 8gb
Gigabyte z87x ud3h motherboard
HDD Seagate barracuda 1TB 7200rpm

i use Premiere pro for editing and i cant even edit decent 1080p videos it sayes I/O Hardware overload.

i have all the latest updates of all the driver's, OS, Adobe.

I want to know what do i need to update inorder to get better performance.

More RAM and an SSD are first things I would try. Some OC could help too.
