After trying to find a similar problem, I couldn't find any so I posted here. Anyways, the problem is that, right now, my pc tries to boot, shuts down, and tries again. It never reached the point of even loading the bios. Also I don't know if it's a factor, but at one point of leaving it on and letting it loop, I realised my pc became grounded. The weird thing is that, sometimes my pc works until the time I turn it off, then after sometime it goes to this endless loop again.
