Question PC stuck on Aorus logo (no bios access)

Hello friends,

I just built a PC with my girlfriend and after getting a clean windows install (usb stick from ages ago), sitting at the home screen we decide to turn it off and unplug the PC 'til tomorrow. I wake up today to set up the PC in it's location and when everything is connected it only produces a white "Aorus" logo with a black background. There are no prompts or anything to enter bios or information on the motherboard itself. The GPU seems to start spinning, and stopping as soon as it gets to the logo screen (2 seconds). All of the case fans continue to run, and so does the heatsink fan.

I have tried the following

1. Resetting CMOS by shorting and Battery removal
2. Reseating RAM, GPU and SSD

I'm at my wits end and I thought everything went smoothly.

Mobo - B550M Aorus Pro-P
GPU - AMD Radeon RX 6700xt Red Devil
CPU - Ryzen 5 5600x
PSU - EVGA 650 GT
RAM - T-Create Expert 2(8gb) 3600mhz ddr4
SSD - WD_Black SN850

unplug the ssd to see if that make it to go to bios
did you update the motherboard bios?
