Question PC Suddenly not working.

Hello, my computer has been working fine for years and I've recently moved, I made sure to take my computer to the new house personally to ensure it was handled with care, I made sure it never got bumped at all during the trip, but when we got home the fans spun abnormally fast and there was no display, the ez-debug CPU light is on and I have tried literally everything in every forum, I've tried using different GPUs, different, different ram, I've unplugged every cable and plugged it back in tight, I've reset the cmos battery 18 times now to no avail, I'm at a loss and the motherboard is certainly not under warranty anymore, I go to school on my computer so it's kind of a big deal for me. Thank you for any help.

Msi Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon ac
I7-9700k
G.skill trident Z 4x8 3200
Msi gaming x 1660 ti
Seasonic 750W gold psu

Just tested 3 different outlets, all with the same result.
