My pc suddenly restarts under loads. Usually when I'm gaming demanding games like NFS Heat, even with the old AssassinsCreed Black Falg. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING!!

This is my setup.
Asrizk z97 extreme 4
I7 4790
16gb 4x4gb HyperX
Corsair cx750m PSU

All drivers up to date.

Solution
After trying to look it up, debug code 40 is a 'memory problem'. Please re-install the CPU and memory then clear CMOS. If the problem still exists, please install only one memory module at a time, or try using other memory modules.
That's all that is written.

Is your ram kit an actual 4x 4GB kit, or did you add memory?
I think the problem is solved. After trying everything else the code persist, even have changed from 40 to AA, which is the same about memory. But, apparently the code doesn't matter on this, because after a deep clean of the pci slot both on the board and the card everything seems to be working properly, even with the debug code. I runned the same games tha before but this time with no issues or crashes

Thanks...
Some common causes:
A)Power supply.
Gaming graphics cards put the most stress on a psu. The components on the inside likely aren't what they used to be a few years ago - nothing to do with the wattage, by the way.
If it's overheating, it'll even refuse to come on for a period of time(cool down).

B)Windows drivers missing or corrupted.

C)Memory corruption.

The debug panel have been showing an error refering to memory for a few months now. If memory corruption is possible what should I do.

Memtest86 free version: https://www.memtest86.com/
It takes a few hours, so run it overnight. The results should be error-free, with no system hangs or crashes.

If confirmed, then replace the ram.
So, after a few hours the test-log comes with no memory errors after 4 passes. I forgot to put my graphic card on the description, I have an Asus Artic GTX 1070 OC 8GB, which is running with stock values. Should i run a stress test on my graphic card? If so, what should I use?

There's Furmark
Run the preset 1080 benchmark and personally monitor it until completion or boredom sets in. If things are looking good and the temperatures aren't crazy, go for the burn-in benchmark, and let it run for fifteen minutes.

Msi Afterburner has Kombustor, which is just a toned-down version of Furmark. It needs to be installed alongside Afterburner.

OCCT gpu burn - I have never used this one before though.

Could you run the system file check to see if your Windows files are intact?

I repeated the memory test over night, runned the Furmark burn-in, even with te extreme burn-it activated... nothing happened, temps are good, voltage is fine🤷‍♂️. I was measuring my rig power consumption and it is somewhere between 254 to 260. Over a 750-80plus certified power supply that 260 should do nothing. After doing every single stability test there is... I think it must be something wrong with the drivers. And, on the other hand, I keep receiving the post debug code 40.
