PC suddenly start to go to sleep after VERY VERY short time.

As the title says, my pc will suddenly go to sleep after like 2 minutes of me not using it. maybe even 1 minute ... thing is...it only started happening today...and no it's not my settings cuz i have it set to go to sleep after 20 minutes and its also not any of the power plan settings. i checked.

i have a theory... could it be that a component is damaged? the past few days when i went to sleep i forgot to turn my pc off so it was in sleep mode all the night (keep in mind i happened several times) could be doing that damage something?

Extended sleep is not a problem.
I use it all the time instead of powering off.

What has changed recently, that could be a clue.

When you set sleep times to 20 minutes, could you possibly have set it to 2 minutes?

im a most definitely sure that it is 20 minutes.
