Question Pc takes forever to boot

I just got this pc on Christmas from cyberpowerpc and it seems like everyday it got slower to boot, now it says please wait for like 2 hours then freezes when it shows me to put in my password. I've tried to solve the by disabling fast boot in my bios it got quicker for the bios but windows still freezes when It gets to the password section.

I think you must have got corrupt windows.
Try clean install of your OS and share the results.

I don't have a Windows disc though

Since it's a new computer I would RMA it. There is no need to mess with a new computer that is not working..

It's under warranty. Let them have the trouble. You, you deserve a proper working PC you paid for.
