I just installed two new parts into my desktop; the AMD Ryzen 5 4500 and the ASRock B450M Pro4 R2.0 motherboard. When I turned the PC on to test them out, it shuts off and turns back on repeatedly. I didn't have any problems when I had the Gigabyte A520M S2H Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard installed in my desktop. Do I have to get a Ryzen 5 5000 or higher or upgrade my video card to start it up?
