The title says almost everything. Some days ago, the power went down four times in two days. After that I've getting this problem where five second after being shut down, my pc turns itself back on. I have no idea what this is, no option that seems relevant in the bios and also no cmos battery to be reseted. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the forums and Happy New Year, newcomer!

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
