so this has been a problem from long time ago...
once i hibernated my pc and went outside for some hours and when i came back i saw my pc on and in the welcome screen. i say: it could be a update that made the pc turn on. and i turn it off and leave.
it all came to today when i hibernate my pc for lunch and when i was chilling at 4:12 the pc turned on.
just like a normal boot no errors just onto the welcome screen.
i searched about it and saw this error on event viewer at 4:12:3
(Name resolution for the name d3s0v810qvkt1m.cloudfront.net timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.)
and 4:12:52

Look at the power plan.
Expand sleep.
Disable wake timers.
Test.
