Question PC turns back on after clicking shutdown.

Most of the time, when I shut down my pc, using the start button > shutdown my pc sounds like it is shutting down, then it suddenly turns back on after maybe 3-5 seconds, I've tried several fixes but can't seem to work it out. Almost as if I clicked restart/sleep and then resuming from there, but the pc lights and sounds turn off before turning back on again... I hope that made sense.



System:

Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit

Intel Core i7 4770 @ 3.4GHz

16GB Ram @ 1600Mhz

Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. Z87-HD3 (Socket 0)

Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070 4GB

120GB Kingston SSD

1TB Seagate HDD
