PC turns off all usb access when installing windows 7

Hi,
I've just finished a new PC, tried to install windows 7, mouse and keyboard work in the BIOS, but when you get into the start of installing windows everything is turned off. Usb2,3,3.1 The BIOS also has no aditional options for any usb support.

Try the red and yellow ports. The issue is likely that your USB3 drivers are not native to Windows 7 and therefore none of the USB3 ports will be functional until those are installed.

Hello man is correct, you could also Slipstream in the drivers. I would also advise against using Windows 7 on a Ryzen System as you will not got security patches from Microsoft as Ryzen CPU's are not supported.
