Question Pc turns off when it gets to the msi start up screen

I just did a full clean on my pc (it was getting dusty) and when I put it back together it would get to the start up screen where you could enter the bios then it would turn off. I can't enter the bios and its not a heat issue as all the fans are running and the cpu wasn't hot afterward.

I7-6700k
pny oc rtx 2070
16 gb ram (2x8)
msi z170 m5 gaming

I would suggest you if you did disassemble the connectors to reseat them.
And If I may ask how did you do the full clean?
Have you stopped fans from spinning if you did blow air (Compressed or similar)?

I took apart the pc so that all that was left was the motherboard, the cpu, and the psu in the case, I used compressed air to clean the dust and then put everything back in, i also want add that i have a softlink cpu water cooler, i don't think that makes a difference but want to say it just in case it does, and when i used the compressed air i did not stop the fans, i just let them spin ig
