Hey,

I've built a new pc with mostly new components. The only old ones are the ssd from the last system.

The motherboards shows light, but after I press the power button the fans will spin for 2 seconds and stop.

I checked all the power cables, plug out and in the RAM, CPU and GPU.

I am really helpless here and don't know what else I should do.

Motherboard: ROG STRIX B650-A Gaming Wifi
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900x
GPU: Radeon RX 7900 XTX
PSU: RM1000X Corsair

Solution
Have you checked the SATA drive in Disk Manager and the BIOS yet? If the drive is still visible to the BIOS and Disk Manager, it may simply have lost its drive letter. In that case you just reassign a new drive letter and hope it becomes readable again.

Disk drives die for a number of reasons. Hard disks can die slowly and often give a warning they're on their way out in the SMART data. SSDs sometimes drop back to "safe" read-only mode, or they may just vanish, never to be seen again.

Unless you send a dead SSD off to a professional data recovery house and let them unsolder the memory chips to read them individually, there's nothing you can do. This type of repair could cost $400 to $1000. Even then, there's no guarantee they'll get...
Have you connected the cpu fan to the header on motherboard and make sure everything is connected correctly and where they should be!

I forgot to say that I use an Artic AOI cooler. I plugged the pins on the AOI_Pump pins on my MOBO. Is it correct? It only has a 4 pins slot.

Have you tried connecting the fan to cpu fan header when you install your aio cooler and place the fans on the radiator try connecting 4 pin fan into cpu header. Got funny feeling that your computer is turning off to protect itsself

The fans are directly connected with the CPU head cooler. I can only connect or disconnect the fans to each other. When I try to turn it on, every fans start to spin for 3 seconds.

Your PSU might be OK. However, to be sure about the proper functioning of the PSU you can use the paper clip technique. I just want to eliminate the PSU issue so you can go to test other parts.

Paper Clip Test only proves there is some power. Doesn't prove you have a viable power supply.
So there is lighting on the motherboard, should I neverless test it with the paperclip technique?

What do you mean exactly with not viable power supply? I am lately a bit rusty with the pc building topic. I thought I just need enough watt for all components? I checked it on this website: https://www.newegg.com/tools/power-supply-calculator/
I need between 700-799 watt. Is there another factor that I overlooked?

Disconnect all case fans, usb connections, etc and try to power on PC with as minimum as possible parts. Just use one module of RAM. This way you may figure out something.

You could try reorentating your AIO to have the tubes going toward the bottom of the case instead of the top. Regardless if this fixes the problem, the tubes facing downward is the preferred configuration.
Now it runs, but no screen. I just unplugged my second SSD. The one on the back of my video. Is it because, I have the old storage, which conflicts with the new system(old drivers)? I swapped once the MOBO completely in the past and didn't had issue with my SSDs. I think now it's an issue. Do I need to insert a completely new Storage component and install Windows again?

Great!

No screen? Can you get into the BIOS? Typically, you can get into the BIOS by repeatedly hitting the Delete key after you turn it on.

You are right about that. My case is just way to small to do that. I had the corsair AOI 115i in the past, which had a really small radiator, but Artic has way to thick radiators. I am thinking about to buy a new case, as you can see, everything is too thight in there.

You don't need to worry about TPM when installing Windows 10, but it's one of the supposedly "essential" requirements of a standard Windows 11 install, unless you created the bootable USB from the ISO with something like Rufus.

As rickypicky5 says, make sure you only one drive connected when you install Windows, i.e. the one you want to install Windows on.
