Question Pc turns on but no display,keyboard lights or mouse after installing new parts

Yesterday i’ve bought a ryzen 5 3600,24gb ram and a b450m a ii.i’ve installed the new parts i turned on the pc and it booted up everything seemed fine but i forgot to connect the speakers cable on the motherboard.i turned off the pc,opened the case and connect the cable,when i tried to turn it on the pc turns on but the display is black and the keyboard and mouse doesn’t have any light as it usually has.

That is a weird load out for ram. Mind sharing how that 24GB's is on that platform?

How old is this unit? Are you working with the M12II or the S12II?

Might want to parse two sets of specs. One for before the upgrade and one for after the upgrade. i.e, two sets of this;

yes it is ddr4,last night i went in bios and changed fclk frequency or something like that from auto to 3000,because my ram is 3200 and in task manager it was using like 2000mhz.could this cause it?
