Question Pc Turns On But No Display On Monitor

So a few hours ago my pc frozen and had to be turned off by the power button and when i tried to turn it back on the display wasn’t working. Recently when i’ve booted up my pc it’s said windows had an error so i’m not sure what’s been going wrong. When i turn it on it beeps once and the keyboard turns on but the mouse does briefly then it turns off. I’ve had this problem before but i can’t remember how i fixed it and i’ve had a few upgrades since then.

Asus Prime b-450m a
Ryzen 3600
Radeon rx 5700
16gb 3200mhz ram
Ssd and hard drive

I've had the same problem with my pc. We took out the ram from the motherboard and blew on them to maybe get off some dust then we put them back in and started up the pc and the screen came on and everything. also i took out the power cable to the psu and the little battery coin from the motherboard before touching the ram.
