Question PC Turns on but no signal.

My PC Turns on but gives no signal. I tried different monitors, only cpu, resetting BIOS, etc.
It starts but gives no power to my motherboard.
Specs
GTX 1660 zotac
I7 8700
HP Tampa 2 motherboard
Corsair 650W VS650 PSU

Hi,

It might be a Hardware problem.

This is the order of things from Monitor to Motherboard:

Monitor > Cable > Port on Computer > which is either connected to a Graphics Card in a slot on the Motherboard or to Onboard Graphics Hardware which is part of the Motherboard.

You could try swapping the Monitor, Cable, then Graphics over for good ones.

Right I have fixed it. Kind of. I got it to work but it only gives a signal sometimes.
