I restarted my computer and when I tried turning it back on, I got a message before it booted saying "Overclock has failed. Press F1 to run setup and F2 to load default values" My keyboard wasn't working so I hit the reset button on my computer and now everything turns on but it has no display on my monitor. It just stays in sleep mode. If its any help, there is a very minimal amount of hard drive activity. I have tried switching GPU's to a working one and that didn't fix it so that is ruled out. I have tried disconnecting everything (except my processor) and putting it back in. I have tried moving the RAM and taking one out. That didn't fix it either. I have also tried resetting the CMOS by pulling the battery out and putting it back in. When I pull all the RAM out, I get three beeps and when I put one back in, I get none.

My Specs:
Processor: AMD FX-6300
Video Card: MSI R9 270X
Memory: G.Skill Sniper (2x4GB) 1866mHz
PSU: Corsair CS650M
MOBO: MSI 970 GAMING
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB

Most likely the first time you tried to reset your CMOS you didn't let the power fully drain from the board, so it didn't reset. Second time apparently worked better. Like I said you can guarantee the power drains out by either waiting long enough (who knows how long), or just holding the power button down for a few seconds after you've got all the power sources disconnected.
Here are some links with similar symptoms you described, any links from tomshardware check if a green post has been made (the chosen solution post).
First is a link to the BIOS beep errors:

on this page you can see that 3 beeps on AMI BIOS (which I believe that board uses) relates to "Base 64K memory failure - bad memory"

These aren't direct answers to your problem but hopefully with a bit of reading and a play around you can determine the cause! I wish you luck :)
