I recently switched a pc i haven't turned on for around 6 or 7 years's motherboard and cpu, but when i turned It on It only turned on for around half a second and turned off, i think it may be the psu, but the motherboard's led ( cosmetic one) turns on i tried with the previous motherboard and cpu, same RAM same psu, and had the same problem, have in mind none of the indicator led's turned on but the cosmetic led did (both Asus prime motherboards), then i tried the paper clip thing on the PSU the fan spun for around a second then turned off but when i switched It off i heard a click which i think It means It's turning off, so It could be the PSU going into passive cooling when the fan turns off, no it's not in eco mode. What i need to know Is if i have to replace the PSU or the RAM, as i only have enough money to replace one of them
Specs:
Asus prime b450-plus (new)
Ryzen 7 5800x (new)
Super flower leadex 750w platinum
32gb 3200 ddr4 corsair
WD-blue 1tb nvme ssd (new)
Galax Gtx 1070ti hall of fame
Asus prime z270-a
Intel i7-6700k (dad said It didn't work when he gave me the pc some years ago)
Also sorry for any grammar mistakes as my autocorrector is in spanish and always switches Up my words, so any weird uppercases are because of that.

What's the RAM configuration? The exact brand and model and number of sticks.
2 sticks of White corsair vengeance 16gb 3200 32gb total, both tried individually, still same error, even cleaned them with a little bit of isopropyl alcohol as i saw them a little dirty, still same error.
