Hello, this is my very first PC build.
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9MMmq4

I am running a Ryzen 3 1200 and a GTX 1050 TI SC. The computer is able to turn on and the fans spin; however, the mouse and keyboard do not function.
I have tried: Changing Ram, reseating the ram, plugging in the gpu to the monitor, changing cables from vga and hdmi, cpu fan is plugged in.

Please help me out, thanks.

Update: I tried resetting the BIOS by taking the battery out the motherboard and turning the computer on for 15 seconds. No results besides CPU fan stopped turning when the mobo's led turned on and back to spinning when the mobo led turned off. Seems unrelated though.

Update 2: Mouse and keyboard now light up

Solution
First things first remove everything from the motherboard except the memory, cpu, and cpu cooler. Also unplug all the cables.

Step 1: Plug just the power cables into the motherboard. You will have a main 24pin socket (might be 20+4) and an additional one or two 4 pin socket for power. After this plug your HDMI cable from the motherboard to your display. Do you see anything? You should get a message telling you to connect a boot device and reboot, or something similar.
Step 2: If the above fails the issue is with your motherboard or psu.
Step 3: Connect your SATA drives to your mobo.
Step 4: It should now boot into windows using onboard graphics unless there is a problem with your storage device.
Step 5: Turn off, plug graphics card in...

Thank you for the guide. My suspicion is that it has something to do with it being the motherboard, but I am going to need more information before I decide I want to throw my 3 hours out the window installing the motherboard and throw in another 3 hours to get it back in. The build itself seems fine, and I used a tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZXmy0bZ-_s to go ahead and help with the build. The person that built it was able to run it just fine, so I'm not too sure what the problem here could be. The only difference with the person's build and mine is that I swapped out the case for a bigger case like the guy suggested. Any clues as to what the problem may be?

Some hints that may help:
-Motherboard lights up in two corners with white and orange lights.
-Fans spin
-Peripherals don't work
-GPU and CPU fans seem to be working properly

Step 6: It should now boot into windows with your gpu, or will install your gpu once your desktop screen is displayed.
Step 7: If not your gpu is bad.

Solution
Ryzen 3 1200 does not have integrated graphic. You cant use mobo hdmi or vga... So you must plug the monitor to graphic card. Check if monitor is set to proper output (hdmi...). If you can try with other monitor (i.e. TV).

look at "ez debug led" for knowing more about problem:
EZ Debug LED: Debug LED indicators
These LEDs indicate the status of the motherboard.
CPU - indicates CPU is not detected or fail.
DRAM - indicates DRAM is not detected or fail.
VGA - indicates GPU is not detected or fail.
BOOT - indicates booting device is not detected or fail.
