Oh that's completely stupid of me lol

So now my PC is having a CPU error on the Mobo,
The PC turns on, but the monitors have no signal

Yeah based on what you did there is a reasonably good chance you fried the CPU or the Motherboard, or both.

I have to say, I've spent over 30 years building systems and on forums... I've never ever encountered someone who would do this. Why did you think this was the correct way to install a CPU?

Yeah, that's not a "tension bar". It's the "retention mechanism" meant to keep the CPU locked in place against the socket and electrical contacts once it's installed. If you were moving this around while the CPU was installed and the system was powered on, there is a very good chance (As already mentioned) that you toasted one or more components.

As an added appetizer to this delicacy, how is it you were even able to access the retention lever with the cooler installed? Or can we assume you were ALSO running it without the cooler installed as well as playing with the retention lever while it was running?

Do you have a graphics card installed? Because if you don't you're never going to have any signal because that CPU does not have integrated graphics.
