Question PC unable to access internet after rebuild ?

I rebuilt my PC with a watercooling setup and now it really don't want to access the internet. It's the exact samt components as before (no problems there).
I tried several things but the problem remains:

• Read various guides to reset network settings,
• reset winsock,
• install drivers old and new,
• try different LAN cables (that work in my other PC),
• system restore
• Windows reset

My mobo manual suggest to look for differet lights at the ethernet port, but it has always just been a red light that shines everywhere on my mobo.

Does it say connected no internet, or not connected no internet?
