My PC has been underperforming for a while and i can't understand why, even with games like Fallout 4 at the lowest settings has really low fps, what happen is, when I boot up the game (No matter which one) everything runs smooth but like after a minute or two the fps drops drastically to like 10/ 20 fps. Here are my specs

Run this and post a link to the results.

to be honest idk, you mean like the fans?
sorry idk much about hardware and stuff
Is it a laptop or a desktop? If you have a desktop, look inside your case and you will see either a block with fans on it or a pump with tubes. This is your CPU cooler and we need to know what it is (brand and model). If you have a laptop then it's gonna be more complicated.

You should also monitor you CPU and GPU temperature with an overlay like Nvidia App or MSI Afterburner, or use a monitoring software like HWMonitor. According to the symptoms you describe, it really looks like something is overheating.

Please show a photo of your system with side panel removed.
(upload to imgur.com and post link)

Also show a screenshot from GPU-Z.
You graphics card gives weird results. Might be fake, or damaged or overheating or pc infected with cryptomalware.

Also check cpu temperature with coretemp
