My PC has been underperforming for a while and i can't understand why, even with games like Fallout 4 at the lowest settings has really low fps, what happen is, when I boot up the game (No matter which one) everything runs smooth but like after a minute or two the fps drops drastically to like 10/ 20 fps. Here are my specs

Run this and post a link to the results.

to be honest idk, you mean like the fans?
sorry idk much about hardware and stuff
Is it a laptop or a desktop? If you have a desktop, look inside your case and you will see either a block with fans on it or a pump with tubes. This is your CPU cooler and we need to know what it is (brand and model). If you have a laptop then it's gonna be more complicated.

You should also monitor you CPU and GPU temperature with an overlay like Nvidia App or MSI Afterburner, or use a monitoring software like HWMonitor. According to the symptoms you describe, it really looks like something is overheating.

Please show a photo of your system with side panel removed.

Also show a screenshot from GPU-Z.
You graphics card gives weird results. Might be fake, or damaged or overheating or pc infected with cryptomalware.

Also check cpu temperature with coretemp

4% - 12% load per core and you have temperatures at 75C - 78C ?
Your cpu is overheating.
Your cpu cooler is garbage. Get yourself a new cpu cooler.

Something like
Deepcool AK400 or
Cooler Master Hyper 212
or similar.
Did you look at fans on your graphics card ?
Are the fans spinning?

Is this your graphics card?
ASUS Phoenix GeForce RTX 3060

ye the fans are working on the gpu and that is indeed my gpu.
just ordered the Deepcool AK400 let's if it fixes the problem

and I ran a test playin a game now, and my gpu temp is at 92C, it could be maybe because my pc is duysty inside?
Your rear exhaust fan has died.
Your pc doesn't have any intake fans.
There's simply no airflow.
Your pc case is not meant for gaming grade components.

Can you show photo of your pc from front?
You'd probably have to get a new modern pc case also - with mesh front and proper airflow.

you have any suggestions of a good pc case?

Yeah. Your case has closed front. It's not suitable for a gaming pc.

There are plenty of excellent case options. Depends, how much you can spend.

Fractal Design - Meshify 2 Mini would be a good option.
