This is my current PC need a new cpu and mothertboard maybe later a new graphics card. thinking of Intel I56400 or 6500 not sure which is best and mb gigabyte Z170 d3h.

Do I need to wait until new cpu is released later in 2016 then the above will be at cheaper prices??

Solution
Good, move, and your have a nice combo picked out, don't expect the current CPU prices to drop any, INtel tends to keep them pretty static right through end of life
Processors don't typically go down in price often, if ever. If anything the prices will jump a bit when the only place you can find them is amazon in a few years.

Regardless, a Z170 mobo and an i5-6400 would be ideal assuming you have or plan to grab an aftermarket cooler. You should in theory be able to get 4500mhz. You'll also have to get DDR4 memory to accommodate the platform jump, mind you.
