PC Upgrade Problem (Black Screen)

Lately, I've been upgrading my PC and I recently purchased a new mobo and cpu. Once installed and wired, I turned it on and all fans spin and such but no display or beep from motherboard speaker. I have reseated the ram, reset cmo, plugged in wires and so on.

Prior setup:

Cpu: AMD A8-6500
MOBO: MS-7778
RAM: 8gb ddr3
PSU: FSP 600wt 80 Plus
GPU: Nvidia GTX 960 2Gb

New Parts:

CPU:Athlon x4 860k
MOBO: msi a88xm gaming
Ram: 16Gb

When this happens on my MS7778 m/b, I have to reset the bios. There is a three-pin jumper near the memory slots. From left to right; pins 1 and 2 are jumped for normal operation; with power off, jump 2 and 3 for a few seconds, holding in the power switch on the cabinet; restore the jumper to pins 1 and 2. Boot and go!

Why this happens? I suspect overheating cpu. Anyone with any advice....

try with only one ram
remove all old drivers from the old mobo
your psu work well?
did you installed the cpu and cooler correctly? thermal paste applied?
can you go in the bios to see if everything is recognized ? and set to normal clock etc...
