Also my monitor has only vga

Oh no, do not buy Graphics card now. Not a good idea, coz they are expensive.
I would chime in to propose a Ryzen 5 2400G because it has integerated graphics. If not this, then go for intel i3 8100 based PC that also has integrated graphics. 2400G gaming performance >>>>> i3 8100 (assuming no external graphics card).

2400g will be able to play most games at reasonable settings. Check on youtube, you will know.
