I am going to update my current build which I've been using for 1440p high settings gaming since it is no longer feasible with newer games.
What I have + want to replace:
CPU: intel i7-9700k 3.6ghz
GPU: geforce rtx 2070 super 8gb
Mobo: Gigabyte Z390D mobo (doesn't need to have wifi, I have an adapter)
Ram: 2 x 8gb
What I have + am not sure if it needs replacing, so should I?:
PSU: Sharkoon SilenStorm Cool Zero 850W
Storage: 2 x ssd (256gb external, 1tb internal), 2 x hdd (1tb each, external)
CPU Cooler: Cryorig H7
Case: Sharkoon VS4-W (may be too old or small/have bad air flow)
What I (think I) want:
CPU: intel or amd, doesn't really matter which, as long as it fits well in the build. People suggest the 13600k or 5800x3d
GPU: PowerColor Rx 6800xt 16gb
Ram: 2 x 16 gb, don't know what brand
Goal is to play newer titles at 1440p high settings. Budget is around €1000-1200. Hope you can help me out!
