Question Pc using 50+% of my disk, the apps being slow and i cant see disk D and C in file explorer

So today i accidentally shut off my pc via the power supply, i re booted but was stuck at the loading part for a while until i did a repair on the disk. After the repaired the disk i managed to boot up into windows. I noticed that apps were opening really really sloow(i couldnt even open steam). If anyone cloud help that would be amazing as i dont know if my HDD or SSD are dying or if its a windows error
