this is what i see hile using telegram and operagx, i know opera isn't the best choice i just use it for the utilites but i have it shut off when i try to plsy or do something

The Process Window above shows the CPU Idle process at 79.41

Click the CPU header and sort to show descending order. (A small upward or downward pointing > should be visible.)

Leave the Process Explorer window open but drag aside and size so you can watch. Wait a couple of minutes until the system stabilizes.

Then open a game and play. Watch what processes starting consuming CPU resources.
