My PC was working fine today then I left for 30 minutes and come back to my PC being unable to start. I built the PC in June 2022 and it's barely been a month. My CPU ez debug light is on and the fans are really loud. I have tried reslotting the GPU many times, I have also tried changing my ram in all slots, I have also tried resetting CMOS, I have also taken out the CPU and reapplied thermal paste and the CPU pins are also fine. I also checked the CPU 8-pin power connector and nothing has worked. Does anyone have any ideas with how to fix this?

My build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master MASTERLIQUID ML240L RGB V2 65.59 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2x8 GB) DDR4 - 3200mHz
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 250gb
GPU: Zotac GeForce GTX 1660x Super 6GB Twin Fan
Case: Phanteks Eclipse P360A ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: Corsair TX550M Gold

Solution
Option 1: Haul your PC to PC repair shop and ask them to diagnose the issue. <- Most likely the cheapest and fastest option.
Option 2: RMA the select 4 components. <- RMA takes time. Weeks, or even a month due to the shipping.
One of the following, or all, are toast: CPU, RAM, MoBo, GPU.

Without 2nd compatible PC, where to test individually your components, there's no way to tell which died. Or which survived.
Most of the times, MoBo is the one to die, but prepare yourself when you have something else toast.

And speaking of dead components, RMA them. That's why we have warranty.

What do you suggest I do then? Try and return them all?
