UPDATE. ***
I’ve found out that a usb 3.0 usb hub when plugged into one of my 2 usb 3.0 ports on my case the system will not boot. Even with all the other stufff unplugged from the hub the same problem occurs. There is a work around just by unplugging it until I get to the windows screen and then I can plug it back in and everything works fine.

I’ve had this pc for a few years now and the other day I was having trebles booting some games up where they would just stop responding.
This lead me to turn off the machine for the day. The following day I go to turn it on and it won’t get past the bios splash screen.
On boot the boot device led comes on for a bit then goes off. Next the dram led comes on and goes off and lastly the vga led comes on and the post stops and the system restarts itself; And repeats this loop.
Everything was and has been working fine upto this point besides those not responding errors and day before.
I tried reseating the gpu and even in another slot, and tried reseating the memory.

step 17, is there a speaker connected to the front panel header?
if not you can make one for diagnosing by:

The diagnostic speaker is the motherboards main diag feedback device.
the motherboard may be telling you where the problem is.

by doing a semi strip the wire case is now the socket.
plug one wire to the first pin, and the second onto the fourth pin.
power on the system and listen for beeps

Not really sure how I fixed it but I unplugged littorally everything from it brought it down stairs to really dig into it for testing. I removed the elgato 4k60 pro just to see the board better and hooked up a speaker and a different monitor and the system booted just fine. I then reset the bios and reapplied my oc. And booted just fine at the bench. Now I did unplug A LOT on usbs usb hubs and 5 diffrent video connects. In the hopes it’ll continue to be fine in the future and while plugging everything back to how it was

UPDATE.
Ok. So after digging into this I’ve found that the usb 3.0 ports on my case when connected to a usb 3.0 device from a boot up will cause this endless cycle of not being able to boot or get to the bios.
However if said device is remove from those 3.0 ports the computer can boot like normal and if I plug those devices back in while booted in they all work perfectly fine?... it’s extremely odd and a bit Annoying see that it was just fine before. I’ve reseated the usb 3.0 plug on the motherboard but the issue is still there
