I bought an Acer Veriton x2631G a few days ago and it was working fine. I did play around with the pc components a little and after tried to turn it on but it didn't turn on. I didn't hear a beep and the pc was not indicating that it was on.

I tried changing the PSU but it didn't help, I even took out the power connectors and put them back in but still, the pc wouldn't boot. I researched, and it said that the problem is probably with the PSU or the mobo. ( I am quite new to building PCs)

Specs: i3-4130 3.4Ghz
GPU: Intel HD 4400
PSU: LITEON 250W PS-5221-9AB
Ram:4GB Crucial+4GB Kingston
HDD: 500GB

If you messed with the PSU you could have killed it and made it fry your entire PC storage and everything.
Or you could have broke the board by accident.
Its possible that you put something in backwards and fried it.

Also you did mention you "played around with the pc components a little" Can you elaborate further?

Like did you take out the motherboard and stuff like that.
I removed the PSU and the hard drive and also the CPU fan, I think that when I was putting the hard drive back in I might've broken something but I didn't see any issues except a small scratch on the motherboard.

I think i put in the OBR, The C_Intrusion and the SYS_FAN Connectors in backwards

Your first picture (Top one). If that copperish colored area in the bottom center is the area you referred to as "a small scratch" then you are wrong by a wide margin. Zooming in on that area I see missing and misaligned components. Looks like someone ran a chisel over it. It's no wonder it won't power up.
