Question PC will only boot up if RAM is inserted or GPU wire is reinserted and sometimes both are needed.

PC config -
AMD Ryzen 7 1700
Galax Nvidia RTX 2060 OC 6GB
Motherboard- Gigabyte B450M DS3H Wifi
Ram - Corsair 16 GB 3200 Mhz (single)
Nvme SSD (it is connected just above GPU)

For the past month, my PC will only boot up if I reinsert RAM. Sometimes, I would also need to reinsert the GPU supply wire and RAM. It would boot sometimes without any worries but majority of the time I have to reinsert RAM and GPU wire.
As I have to reinsert both of these components, it is hard to figure out what's causing the issue.
Recently, my PC freezes sometimes and then I have to restart it and I am seeing that the freezes are slowly getting more frequent.
I am not able to find if the issue is from motherboard, GPU, RAM or something else. Also motherboard doesn't have integrated graphics so it will not boot up if I remove the GPU as it relies on GPU.

You could try replacing the motherboard battery. Easy and cheap troubleshoot.

Can CMOS battery cause boot problems? I thought PC can boot up without CMOS battery so it shouldn't be causing issues.
I'll try replacing the CMOS.
