Question PC won’t allow internet connection after running optimizer & clean-up utilities ?

I recently tried advanced system optimizer,cleaner and iolo system mechanic clean up wizards.
however now I can’t access the web.

• I tried network troubleshooter
• Releasing and renewing ip
• Rebooting the modem router and PC
• Deleted those 3 optimizers as well as my nord vpn
• Also furnii I msg off the firewall and windows defender antivirus and malware

Strangely I’m able to print to my network printer and my fire tv streamer is able to access my plex video files via the plex server running on this PC
The pc is a dell xeon chip running windows 11
Any ideas?

did it make a system restore? could try that

are you getting ipv4 address ?

I do get a ipv4
I just setup a new windows account on my pc and it works great for that account
Any idea why suddenly the main account would lock me out. I don’t have a filter or screen time on that account.

could be anything. registry, some system files, settings.
try sfc scan?

I deleted/uninstalled all of the optimizers so I don't have their logs
I just ran the sfc scan, and it said that it encountered corrupt files that it could not repair
I have the sfc log - but don't see how to attach it to this post
