Hi guys, I built my PC a few days ago, got everything wired and when I powered it on I got a red error light for the CPU that came up on the motherboard. Checked all headers and checked for bent pins but no luck. I took it to Best Buy and they said I most likely had a bad CPU so I just got my replacement 2600X in today. Installed it and at first the error light on the MOBO cycled through the options but turned off after about a minute. Still no bios. I’m unsure what the problem is. I’ve used the DP on the GPU and the HDMI on the MOBO. I’ve even tried removing the GPU and trying to boot without it. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I just figured it out. I had to use a screwdriver to clear the CMOS but it finally gave me the splash screen and I was able to install W10. Thanks for your help!
