PC Won’t Boot

Whenever I try to boot my PC it’ll start up for a second but then a Red LED will flash along with a green (Red titled CPU Hot Green Titled Main PWR)
Fans startup in that moment but nothing else.
Have tried reseating RAM
Removing Battery
Unplugging Everything (Power cable/Monitor Cables etc.)

Not too comfortable with fiddling with CPU but if needed of course I will

Computer started up fine yesterday, turned off when I went to bed now it won’t

Help is appreciated

try a test power supply if the eps cable has lost a leg the mb wont post. the fan will spin then stop.
