Question PC won’t post after overclocking ram

so I tried setting my ram to 3600mhz. It didn’t post, so I removed the cmos battery for 10 minutes, put it back in, and still won’t post. Removed my gpu, still won’t post. All my rgb and fans are spinning, and I’m not sure what’s wrong. I’m thinking I have a dead motherboard. Any suggestions?
Asus tuf b450 tuf pro-gaming motherboard
Ryzen 7 3700x
16gb oloy ram (2x8gb)
Gtx 1080

reset the BIOS by jumper CLRTC (shorten two pins while power is off)
be sure the BIOS battery´s plus sign is visible within the slot
if this doesn´t help, remove the battery and then shorten the CLRTC pins again
reinstall battery

eventually replace the bios battery, if it´s an older one
