Question Pc won’t post

Hi, I just tried to upgrade my current build that was a ryzen 7 2700x, 1660, 750w psu and 16 gb of ram on a b450 mobo, I purchased a x570 asus tuf mobo, ryzen 7 5800x, a 3060, and 2 more sticks of 8gb ram and with everything put together it won’t post. I don’t know if the mobo is faulty, the ram doesn’t light up and it seems like the cpu isn’t getting any power. All the right cables are in I’ve checked 10 times, the psu isn’t bad I swapped that out also. And I have no idea what else to do any suggestions?

Also, the mobo did have the ryzen 5000 series sticker on it so it should not need a bios update ( there is no flashback button on this mobo for some reason)
