Specs:
ASRock a320m-hdv r4.0;
Ryzen 3 2200g;
RX 580 4gb GIGABYTE;
8gb RAM Corsair Vengeance;
8gb RAM TEAMGROUP T-FORCE Vulcan(yes);
500w PSU;
128GB nvme m.2;
2x240gb SSD SATA;

Só I bought a new case to this PC and after moving everything to this one it won't boot. During the swap the only things I removed forma the MOBO was the GPU and the sata conectors of the SSD's. I did read some tips in this fórum and followed all of them, I did a clear CMOS, changed the ram sticks entries, tried tô see if it would boot with the APU, with the GPU, and nothing worked. RN the mobo is on the top of it's box and still doesn't boot. When I turn on either by pressing the case Button or using a screw driver, the CPU fan spin, and when I connect my mouse the light on te bottom turns on. Any other Approaches i should try? Is my mobo fone?

Check the connector pins on all the cables that were reconnected. See if one of the pins on the connector got pushed back when you reinserted them. Check that the wires that goes to the pins are secured and didn't come loose from the pin when removing and inserting them.

Thanks for the tip, brother I didn't have to use it because right after I created this post I tried to do everything mentioned again, for like the 6th time, and when working on the RAM the PC booted, bad thing I ruined one of my RAM slots, computer is running at only 8gb ram which sucks. Still have no idea what made it not boot for the first time
