PC won't boot after over clock

I over clocked my cpu to 46 an i7 6700k and now it won't boot would pressing the reset switch help
Also I forgot to up the voltage

Pull the CMOS battery on the motherboard, unplug the power, and hold down the in button to expel capacitors for roughly 15-20 seconds.

Replace battery and plug in and turn on.
