Discussion PC wont boot anymore

My new pc won't boot up anymore. Last night it shut down and when I go to turn it back on it won't boot up anymore. Instead, when I try to boot it up it makes a click sound and the CPU fan runs for 1 sec then stops. Nothing else moves including the power supply fan and case fans. The CPU fan will run for 1 sec and I can even get to the boot screen.

Were you overclocking anything (CPU, GPU, or memory)?

Have you tried resetting your BIOS manually?
